Daniel Peterson, Head of Nokia Digital Identity, talked about finding ubiquitous visual language and the importance of keeping the delicate balance between designers and end-users in the co-creative development process for mobile.
Kate Hollenbach, Designer for Oblong Industries, presented gspeak system Mezzanine, that allows for multiple user collaboration on multiple surfaces displays, and talked about Oblong challenging the division between physical and digital space with their platforms.
Mike Kruzeniski, Creative Director for Microsoft, spoke about the team’s inspiration behind the design of windows seven os, and discussed some of the important aspects of user interface design, like the critical importance of getting the community involved in the process.
Remko Vermulen, User Experience Team Lead for Telefonica, discussed the importance of customer driven innovation as well.
